Quality Assurance Manager
Responsibilities include:
• Preparing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures
• Performing routine inspections and quality tests
• Identifying and resolving workflow and production issues
• Assist the organizations to formulate quality standards (ISO) and regulations for employees
• Analyze the data gathered and plan accordingly to improve service and workflow quality
• Accountable for identifying the mistakes and inspecting the procedures
• have solid experience in quality control
• be competent to continue the business life cycle and attain long term success in business
• Providing training to individuals who handle the services and workflows
• Develop and monitor corrective measures
• Make documentation of internal audits and quality assurance activities
• Plan, conduct, and monitor the test, and inspect the services and workflows to ensure their service quality
• Identify deficiencies and non-compliance.
• Ensure, through a follow-up process, that these corrective actions are initiated and completed by the responsible manager in response to any finding of noncompliance and that they are efficient and meet the intended purposes
• Provide CEO and the management with audit reports, in order to act noncompliance or poor standards and determine suitable corrective actions
• Notify the Accountable Executive and senior management when Management Review meetings are scheduled and present internal audit reports
• Propose all corrective actions necessary for eliminating non-compliance
• Ensure a specified time period for the completion of an audit
• Include regular and periodic management review of significant safety issues that arise as a result of the internal audit
• Ensure follow up activities that document and verify the corrective actions that have been taken
• Ensure that contracts and agreements between company and external entities subcontractors for the provision of certain equipment and services are implemented, maintained and monitored
• Review the quality systems of subcontractors who impact the operations and organize audit of their quality assurance system
• Ability to understand and analyze the organization workflow processes
• Understanding of how service usage impacts the customers
• Having clear verbal communication skills and proficient written skills to prepare document as per the project requirements in both Thai and English
• Having strong multi-tasking skills will help to have a better transition between the ongoing work as per the priority without needing to compromise with the standards
• Having project management skills is essential while implementing quality assurance protocols and processes
• Excellent data collection and analysis skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Relevant training and/or certifications as a Quality Assurance Specialist
• Competent in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and Outlook)
• Experience with Quality Assurance system and standards (ISO 9001)
• Capability to update company manuals
• Experience with regulatory conformity inspections, and non-conforming material and correction action
• Keep record of inspection findings and produce reports that suggest improvements
