“Ezy Airlines (อีซี่แอร์ไลน์)” ได้รับมอบใบอนุญาตประกอบกิจการการบินพลเรือน (AOL) จากกระทรวงคมนาคม และพร้อมจะให้บริการเดินทางเชื่อมต่อระหว่างเมืองหลักและเมืองรองในภาคใต้ในปี 2567
เมื่อวันที่ 18 กันยายน พ.ศ. 2566 คณะผู้บริหารระดับสูงของบริษัท เอ็ม-แลนดาร์ช จำกัด ประกอบด้วย พลเอกศุภกร สงวนชาติศรไกร ประธานที่ปรึกษา, นายธานี ธราภาค กรรมการผู้จัดการ และกัปตันจักรา ทองฉิม กรรมการผู้อำนวยการฝ่ายธุรกิจสายการบิน เข้าพบนายสุทธิพงษ์ คงพูล ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานการบินพลเรือนแห่งประเทศไทย (CAAT) เพื่อรับมอบใบอนุญาตประกอบกิจการการบินพลเรือน (AOL) ซึ่งการได้รับใบอนุญาตประกอบกิจการการบินพลเรือนถือเป็นก้าวสำคัญในการเตรียมความพร้อมเพื่อดำเนินธุรกิจสายการบิน “Ezy Airlines (อีซี่แอร์ไลน์)” ของบริษัทฯ
จากการศึกษาของบริษัทฯ พบว่าประชากรทางภาคใต้ส่วนใหญ่นิยมเดินทางภายในภูมิภาคเดียวกัน ด้วยวัตถุประสงค์ต่าง ๆ ไม่ว่าจะเป็น ด้านการศึกษา, รักษาพยาบาล ตลอดจนด้านการประกอบธุรกิจ ซึ่งในปัจจุบันการเดินทางทางอากาศยังไม่มีผู้ให้บริการ มีเพียงแค่การคมนาคมทางบก จึงส่งผลให้มีข้อจำกัดและใช้เวลาในการเดินทางที่ค่อนข้างมาก บริษัทฯ จึงได้พิจารณาเห็นถึงโอกาสในการดำเนินธุรกิจโดยเฉพาะกับกลุ่มผู้เดินทางท้องถิ่น, ข้าราชการ, นักธุรกิจ และนักท่องเที่ยว
ในช่วงแรกสายการบิน Ezy Airlines (อีซี่แอร์ไลน์) จะใช้ท่าอากาศยานนานาชาติหาดใหญ่ จังหวัดสงขลาเป็นศูนย์กลางการบิน และให้บริการเชื่อมต่อเส้นทางที่เป็นเมื่อหลักไปสู่เมืองรองที่ใช้ระยะเวลาบินไม่เกิน 60 นาที อาทิเช่น หาดใหญ่-เบตง และหาดใหญ่-สุราษฎร์ธานี โดยใช้เครื่องบินแบบ Cessna 208B Grand Caravan EX ที่สามารถรองรับผู้โดยสารจำนวน 12 ที่นั่ง ซึ่งเหมาะสมกับสัดส่วนผู้โดยสารที่ทางสายการบินได้ทำการศึกษาไว้ อีกทั้งยังสอดคล้องกับแนวคิดการเดินทางแบบ New Normal หรือแบบกลุ่มเฉพาะที่ต้องการความเป็นส่วนตัวมากขึ้น
ในการนี้ กัปตันจักรา ทองฉิม กรรมการผู้อำนวยการฝ่ายธุรกิจสายการบิน ได้กล่าวว่า “สายการบินของเรา เป็นสายการบินที่ดีที่สุดในระดับภูมิภาคที่เน้นมาตรฐานความปลอดภัย เพื่อให้บริการขนส่งผู้โดยสารระหว่างเมืองหลักและเมืองรองในภูมิภาค โดยใช้ระยะเวลาบินภายใน 60 นาที ด้วยขั้นตอนที่ง่าย และสะดวกสบายแบบ “Ezy Airlines (อีซี่แอร์ไลน์)”
Ezy Airlines (อีซี่แอร์ไลน์) ต้องการให้ผู้โดยสารได้รับประสบการณ์การเดินทางที่ง่าย สะดวกสบาย และประหยัดเวลา ด้วยความพร้อมทางด้านเทคโนโลยีและนวัตกรรมต่าง ๆ ของบริษัทฯ ผู้โดยสารจะสามารถทำการจองตั๋ว, เลือกที่นั่ง, เช็คอินได้ด้วยตัวเอง (Self Check-In) โดยที่ไม่ต้องเสียเวลาไปกับขั้นตอนก่อนเดินทางที่ซับซ้อนและใช้เวลามากเกินไป ซึ่งเหมาะสมกับการเดินทางในระยะสั้นระหว่างเมือง และสอดคล้องกับแนวคิด “Smart Airport” ของท่าอากาศยานอีกด้วย
Ezy Airlines (อีซี่แอร์ไลน์) มีแผนเริ่มเปิดให้บริการด้านการบินในเดือนเมษายน ปี พ.ศ. 2567 โดยในช่วงแรกจะให้บริการขนส่งผู้โดยสารจากท่าอากาศยานหาดใหญ่ซึ่งเป็นศูนย์กลางการบินไปยังท่าอากาศยานเบตง, ท่าอากาศยานสุราษฎร์ธานี และจะขยายเส้นทางบินไปยังท่าอากาศยานอื่น ๆ ในภาคใต้ ทั้งนี้ เพื่อสำรวจความต้องการของประชากรในพื้นที่อย่างแท้จริง บริษัทฯ จะดำเนินการเข้าพบกับผู้ประกอบการและภาคส่วนต่าง ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องของอำเภอเบตง และจังหวัดสุราษฎร์ธานีในเดือนตุลาคม 2566 เป็นต้นไป
Press Release: Ezy Airlines has been granted a Civil Aviation License (AOL) from the Ministry of Transport and is ready to provide connectivity services between major and secondary cities in the South of Thailand in 2024.
On September 18, 2023, the top management team of M-Landarch Co., Ltd. consisted of: General Supakorn Sa-nguanchartsornkrai Chief Advisor, Mr. Dhanee Dharapak Managing Director and Captain Jakara Thingchim Chief Airline Business Officer met with Mr. Suttipong Kongpool Director of the Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand (CAAT) to receive the Civil Aviation License (AOL). The acquisition of the Civil Aviation License is an important step in preparing to operate the airline business “Ezy Airlines”.
According to the company’s study, the majority of people in the south of Thailand prefer to travel within the same region for various purposes, such as education, medical care, as well as business. Therefore, the Company has considered business opportunities, especially for local travelers, government officials, business travelers and tourists.
Initially, Ezy Airlines will use Hat Yai International Airport, Songkhla province is an aviation hub and provides connectivity services from major routes to secondary cities with a flight time of less than 60 minutes, such as Hatyai-Betong and Hatyai-Surat Thani by using a Cessna 208B Grand Caravan EX aircraft with a capacity of 12 passengers, which is suitable for the proportion of passengers. It is also in line with the concept of New Normal or specific group travel that requires more privacy.
In this regard, Captain Jakara Thingchim mentioned that “Our airline is the best airline in the region that focuses on safety standards to provide passenger transportation between major and secondary cities in the region with a flight time of 60 minutes with the easy and convenient processes as the name “Ezy Airlines”.
Ezy Airlines is passionate about passengers having a convenient and time-saving travel experience by a readiness of technology and innovation of the company. Passengers will be able to book tickets, select seats, and do self-check-in without having to spend time on complicated and time-consuming pre-travel procedures, which is suitable for short-term intercity travel and in line with the airport’s “Smart Airport” concept.
Ezy Airlines plans to launch its aviation services in April 2024 and will initially transport passengers from Hat Yai Airport, which is a hub for aviation, to Betong Airport, Surat Thani Airport, and will expand to other airports in the southern region from October 2023 onwards.
